If you are too ill to attend the surgery and you require a home visit, please phone the surgery before 10am 01865 371666 and be prepared to give the receptionist a list of the symptoms and the contact telephone number for the Urgent Care Dr to call you first to determine the urgency.

We cannot guarantee your request will be accepted, and it may be forwarded to another care provider, i.e EVS (Early Visiting Service), or the Ambulance Service. Our facilities and equipment at the surgery enable us to provide a better service than we could at home, and we can see up to 6 patients in the surgery in the time it takes to do one home visit

In additional some services we can offer at the practice  such as minor surgery, are not available at home for reasons of clinical safety.
